
Executive Chef Barry Robinson brings extensive experience and knowledge to our culinary team.
After completing his chef's apprenticeship in his home land of Australia, Chef Robinson spent 2 years in Lech and Zürs, Austria studying under some of Europe's master pastry chefs.
He has always shown his love for cooking and the mountains by working many winter seasons in Lech and Zürs Austria, Pension Grimus in Mt. Buller, Australia and, of course, here in Vail Colorado.
For the past 9 years, he was the Members Chef at the award winning Game Creek Club on Vail Mountain. During that period he was a three-time winner of the prestigious Taste of Vail Lamb Cook-off.
