
Chef Richard Brown has been serving the Vail Valley's
catering and food preparation needs for over 20 years.
He was one of the first local chefs to specialize in creating
events outside of the tradiional restaurant and catering
venues, opening a whole new realm to include almost any
location his clients dared imagine.
From riverside picnics and gourmet meals in backcountry
camps, to wedding receptions in mountain meadows or formal
